Hotpoint washing machine
My old washing machine started making a lot of noise and on investigation the bearings were worn out.As it was exactly Ten years old almost to the day I decided to replace it with a new machine.I Checked Searles web site for a replacement and found the ideal machine which i ordered on line.A short while after I received a phone call confirming the order and delivery time I made the order on the Saturday of the bank holiday weekend and received it on the Tuesday as promised.I must say i have bought e number of goods from Searles over the years and have all ways received the same excellent level of service from very pleasant people. Im very pleased with the product and the service. Thank you!

Fantastic
Great delivery very informed, when it was delivered a brief overview was given. Service from start to finish was great and so easy and well communicated.Lovely to have this gem on our doorstep

Fantastic service from Searle's
My very old Bosch dishwasher died on Wednesday evening. I did some research on a possible replacement on Thursday, ordered Thursday evening online, and Searle's delivered and installed on the following Monday morning, along with a new washing machine which I ordered from them by phone on the Saturday. The price of both items were the same as from other retailers, the cost of installation and removal of my old appliances was less than most others, and the customer service was five star.
